1. Services Provided
Swift Growth Solutions specializes in lead generation and appointment setting for local service-based businesses. We identify and qualify potential leads, then schedule appointments directly on behalf of our clients.
2. Pricing & Payment
We operate on a flat-rate per appointment model. The total cost of services is determined by the number of confirmed appointments agreed upon in your service package.
Appointments are defined as confirmed meetings scheduled with qualified leads who match your business criteria.
Payment is due upfront before service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the appointments delivered, you may request a refund within 7 days of the final appointment being scheduled.
Refunds are subject to a review of performance and communication logs to ensure fair use of this policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:
Provide clear information about your business, target customer profile, and availability for meetings.
Respond promptly to leads and follow up on appointments we set.
Notify us within 24 hours if an appointment no-shows or is unqualified.
5. Contract Structure
Contracts are based on the number of appointments purchased. There is no fixed term, but we require that all appointments are used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
6. Data Handling & Privacy
Swift Growth Solutions may collect and process business and prospect information solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
All data is handled securely and in accordance with common data protection practices.
We do not share or sell your information or that of your prospects to third parties.
7. Appointment Validity
An appointment is considered valid if:
It is scheduled with a prospect matching your agreed target profile.
It is confirmed and not cancelled by the lead within 24 hours of the meeting time.
You are notified of the appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, unless otherwise arranged.
8. Limitation of Liability
Swift Growth Solutions is not responsible for any business outcomes resulting from the appointments, including but not limited to lost revenue, failed sales, or scheduling conflicts. Our obligation ends at successfully setting up confirmed appointments.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws and courts of [Your State/Country].
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes in writing or via email.
